Null values after publishing

We were updating our python libraries and we're able to validate in scoring that it was working as we desired. However, after publishing the output values we tried to confirm the values in postman and we get all null values. This makes me think the published location is using different libraries than during scoring even though it is the same machine. Does anyone have an idea on this or is there another reason I should look into?

It seems like the libraries used in design time are different than published even though it is the same machine. Does anyone know how to determine the libraries used in design time and those used after publishing?
