unable to import large files from the front end. SAS Technical support is not able to resolve this issue since 3 months. We are getting an error CAS SERVER ERROR..UNABLE TO CONTACT CAS SERVER.

Besides of you providing totally insufficient information for such a question this also sounds very much like an environmental issue which is very hard to investigate in a forum like here. It can be something like a port not open or a virus scanner "interfering" which normally requires quite a bit of "back-and-forth" to get to the bottom of the problem. It also requires very detailed system and log information which you probably shouldn't post into an open forum.

Having this raised with SAS TechSupport feels like the right way to go. If this is taking that long then may-be have a chat with SAS TechSupport and ask for a proposition how to speed-up the process.
