Currently, we are running sas va 7.3 on distributed mode on linux. Just want to check can we migrate into sas viya without upgrade hardware?
You'll find the system requirements in the Viya 3.2 deployment guide
http://support.sas.com/documentation/onlinedoc/viya/index.html
That's not a complete answer, it will depend on data size, product combination, number of users, do you want to continue running VA 7.3 side by side, etc. It will at least give you an idea of the minimum requirements / Operating System baselines.
The system requirements for a Visual Analytics 8.1 deployment on top of Viya 3.2 can be found here.
Note that your use of VA 8.1 on Viya should be considered less of a "migration" and more of an installation of a new environment to which you can promote existing VA 7.3 reports (using Viya's promotion capability). See this link for information on migrating content from 9.4 to Viya.

Thanks for the reply.
Can we install SAS Viya on the same env where existing SAS va7.3 distributed mode install?
It is technically possible to install SAS Viya on the same physical or virtual machines hosting a VA 7.3 environment; however, you need to take care that the respective environments do not have overlapping port numbers. That said, to take full advantage of the performance improvements in SAS Viya, it is recommended that you install it on dedicated machines.
