Facing issue while installing SAS Viya 3.5

We are getting an error while running site.yml playbook during the installation process.

There is a SAS Note https://support.sas.com/kb/63/475.html about this but it seems to be for Viya 3.4 so not sure if this is applicable...

This error is saying that after setting up rabbitmq it tried to start the service, and this start failed. The rabbitmq logs may contain additional information on the cause of the failure. Check the files in /opt/sas/viya/config/var/log/rabbitmq-server/default. Perhaps another process is already running on the port?
