Can we make report tabs more prominent?

We are moving from VA 9.4 to Viya.  Several of our reports have tabbed pages.  In VA 9.4, the tabs appeared at the top of the report, with the report controls under them.  In Viya, it appears that the report controls are now on the top and the tabs appear below them.  The tab fonts are kind of small and kind of blend in as text.  Is there a way in Viya to make the tabs more prominent?
