Altering/Editing existing CASLIBs

Is there a way to edit the CASLIB definition?

There does not seem to be a way to edit one of the caslib properties - like changing a database schema, changing username. 

So far the only way it works is if you remove it and create another one with altered properties. It would be a really useful addition.
