Ad Hoc backup giving error

 Hi,
when i am running ad-hoc backup for my sas-viya environment LTS 2023.03 , but we are getting following errors and we are not able to fetch why those are there.
1. consul was not updated; client secret already exists

2.Oauth client details retrieval failed with error; consul was not updated; client secret already exists.

though we are not configuring any OAuth as of now.

this two errors we are getting , can anyone please help us to understand why this errors are coming and what can be the possible solution for it?
