Hello,

I have a SAS viya Pay as you go application deployed in my company azure and I am having a 503 error page when I try to enter in the application url.

I have tried almost everything, stop`ping, starting again, waiting...even asked for help in this forum and on the sas support email without any success.

 

I see that it seems that some pods are failing but as I have no access to kubectl to list logs or do anything in the kubernetes as it is denied by the managed applicacion, I cannot do anything. I have backup the caslibs and home folders as I can access to the jumphost and nfs vms.

 

The shared content in sas studio and sas visual analytics seems to be stored in database and I have no access.

 

I wanted to try to debug what is failing and try to solve it before lose everything we have done during last year.

 

I want to delete the deny permissions to allow me to work with kubernetes.

Hi @josevalenzuela - Unfortunately, we're not able to provide you with the kubeconfig file for this environment. I will message you directly and we can work together to see what's going on with your environment.

Finally the problem was solved with the help of @cj_blake .
Postgresql ran out of space and he has increased it.
