Unable to download SAS Viya on Azur

Hello,

I am unable to download SAS Viya (website freeze after I clicked on Create+download as attached). I wait for 1hour but nothing happens. I switched to chrome from safari but still have the same issue. I'd apprecaite any help. Thanks
