Hi

Deployment keeps failing due to time-out. Please can someone assist?

I would suggest to get support from Azure tech support or an Azure partner.

I would expect this issue is with your RBAC permissions over some resources. 

I would strongly suggest also to look into the logs deeper, to understand the root cause of this delay, as I am assuming it is related to permissions, but it could be something else.
