Hello,

When loading data into LASR Analytics server via autoload from CSV files, the loaded tables have the same size as the CSV file. However, when creating the report, we find that the loaded table contains no data. Could you please assist us in troubleshooting this issue and retrieving the data in SAS LASER?

Thank you,

Which release of Visual Analytics are you using? Are there any messages in Visual Analytics when you select the LASR table created from the CSV file? For example, do you see a message that the data source does not contain valid data? On the Data Pane, is the cardinality showing as 0? When you say the loaded tables have the same size as the CSV, are you viewing the size in VA Administrator on the Tables tab?
