sas personal login manager

Hi,

There is no much informatin about the sas personal login manager , how to user this and kind of user guide. basically this is very use full where there is no LDAP or Active directory. In this case it would be good if we have clear ifnoramtion about this application how to use as a business user.

If any one having much ifnormation kindly share..thanks a lot.
