Hi Experts

I am generating a report in Visual Analytics which has a
map generated in ESRI. This map is visualized completely in
"SAS Visual Analytics Viewer" but when opening the report on an iPad
the map is displayed incomplete as if a zoom had been applied.

Is there a parameter in  ARCMAP that could display the map completely?

How can I display the full ESRI map on the iPad without the zoom effect?

I tried to modify the display of the map decreasing the cache as shown in the picture,

but the change in the zoom  was only reflected in the “Visual Analytics viewer” and
the map displayed on the iPad had a zoom  effect   just like before.
