Is there any longitude latitude data dictionary so that we can use this data in order to create geo maps.

Not familiar with VA, but if there is SAS coding involved, this is a good paper to start:

There are geographical lookups to match category values to geographical features that are used within SAS Visual Analytics. Geographical Lookup Values for SAS Visual Analytics 7.1
