Hi,

Using version 7.1.

I have a number of filters and want to know, is there a way that if I select items from a number of filters, can the values of these selections be placed in a tex item or somewhere that the user can see, rather than mousing over a Prompt Container (where I have my filters).

Cheers

Haydn

Hi Haydn,

The filters for an object are also displayed on the Properties tab in the right pane of a report. If you select an object you will see all the filters that are applied to it which include report and section prompts and any other filter interactions etc.

Let us know if this helps.

Kind Regards,

Michelle

Have you looked into parameters and a list table? In the filters set the parameter and in the list table your advanced filter would be set to equal the value (parameter) in the filter.
