getting suggetion list while using parametrise text search

Hi Experts,

I am using text search box with parameter so that its giving me the results based on my input charactes in the text box.

But I also want the suggesstions based my text input so that the suggestions will be reduces as long as i increase the number of character intries same as if we use a categorical variable in text input and provided some input search characters, it starts giving the list of suggestion like Drop Down List Control.

Please Help.

Yeah - it doesn't work if you're using the parameter as the search. You've probably done like I have and concatenated a field to make the search key and done a contains type filter etc and created a parameter for the input box to use - I've also noticed that this means you don't get the predictive type search that you get when you use just the category variables.

I haven't found a way to get around that, so guessing it's just not possible sorry!
