error while running any query in SAS VA Data Builder

Hi Experts,

I am getting an error while executing any query in SAS VA Data Builder although all the existing dashboards are up and running but am not able to update any of them.

“The request could not be completed successfully due to a server error. Please contact your system administrator.

Server error: com.sas.svcs.jobexecution.client.JobException: com.sas.svcs.jobexecution.client.TaskExecutionException: org.omg.CORBA.COMM_FAILURE: An exception was thrown while sending a packet to the peer.”

Please help me.

Hi Rahul,

I would suggest you to ask you IT team to restart the SAS services once. Hopefully this will work as it worked out for me.

While u were facing this issue your data connection was ODBC or not?
