conditional formatting | SAS VA

I want to  keep crossover month highlighted in red only.

 

 

Any suggestions? how to do it ?

What do you meen with cross-over month?

Matbe you can create a computed measure depending on the month difference and on that measure add a display rule that set different colors depending on that value?
