I've got a sum value (14486.500) that I understand should be rounding when I set the decimal to 0. However the VA report continues to render 14486 where I want, and would expect, 14487. The example even rounds.

Any idea what I'm missing?

The view with 3 decimal places are rounded to 3 decimal places. Is it possible that the sum of the non-rounded numbers add up to just under 14486.5?
