VA 8.3: "View authorization" capability

By default, users with permissions to edit reports can also see authorization on tables (in the Open Data Source window right click on a table and select "View authorization"). I do not want users from different departments to see each other's permissions. How to take away the right to use "View authorization" option?

You cannot hide the View Authorization window. If you enter this as an idea in the SASware Ballot, other customers can vote on it. Product Management and R&D also review the ballot regularly.
