As you see in below image I created a hierarchy for objects. 

 

If I select first object and click on bar chart the other object should also change according to selection.

It is not clear if you are having a problem with your goal. But, yes, your bar chart and pie chart can use the same hierarchy, and if you set it up so that they interact, then selecting something in the bar chart can filter the pie.
