Use bubble graphics on map different from USA

how can i build the bubble gaph on a map of another country , not USA:

instead of using OpenStreetMap,may i use another one??

Just saw that this hadn't been responded to.

What version of VA are you using?

VA uses OpenStreetMap and Esri, in the more recent versions.

Also, the most recent versions can do maps in the first level (states in the USA) in any country.
