Hello folks,

I imported a report using the Content -> Import functionality through SAS Environment Manager, but when I try to open the report, I receive the following error message:

On checking the logs in the SAS Environment Manager, I could see multiple errors saying

Level: ERROR

Source: reportservicesgroup

Message: "ERROR_INDETERMINATE_CONTENT_MEDIA_VERSION_fmt] An error occurred. Action: GET content(json). The content version cannot be determined from the media type or the content:28"

Thank you so much in advance.

Thank you,

Dishen Pancholi

It is difficult to tell what the problem could be just from that error. Was the report exported into a JSON package from a different environment? Is that environment the same or a lower version than the one you are importing it into? Were there any errors when exporting the report? Did the report work correctly in its original environment?
