Unable to connect server when embedding SAS report to web page

When embedding SAS Viya reports, the words "unable log on server" always appear, CORS has been adjusted by adding a web domain. Are there any missed steps?

Hi @yanti,

I hope you are doing well.

I suggest you check the Console log for the first troubleshooting step for the error.

For HAR and console log, refer to the link Knowledge Article View - Customer Support (service-now.com)

  1. Please make sure all the prerequisites are done, refer to the link: SAS Viya Setup · SAS® Visual Analytics SDK
  2. Make sure the below definitions are properly configured:
    1. sas.commons.web.security.cors :- allowedOrigins: <URL_of_WebServer> (Note: it would not have trailing slash "/")
    2. sas.commons.web.security.csrf :- allowedUris: .*
    3. sas.commons.web.security.cookies :- samesite: None

And even after all these changes if you are still facing the error, please raise a support case. You can mail us at support@sas.com
