I'm exporting excel data into SAS VA 7.4 with some duplicate records such as follows:

Date                   ID           Sale_Amount

12/2/2017      XM001            $10,000

12/2/2017      XM001            $12,000

12/2/2017      XM001            $  8,000

However, in preview section I see all the 3 records.  However, in VA Report designer (crosstab, listtable), it's just showing 1 record.  Any suggestions please ?

Thanks

HI!

In the list table object there is an option "Show details" that allows you to show all records. 🙂

You will find it in the properties tab to the right.

Thanks for the response.  How About in the Crosstab ?

Hi!

The purpose with the cross-tab is to do calculations (sum, avg, max, etc) across the selected dimensions.

If you want detailed information you need to add a dimension that contains the detail level (id, key or similiar).
