Hi, 

 

Can someone tell how to make missing values as 0 in SAS VA cross tab. Please note that  there is no missing values in the source dataset for that column

Have you tried using a format?
The format may replace the . by 0 for those columns?
NOTE: I have not tested if this works for a cross-tab.

Maybe you look at a crossing, where there is not data so it is displayed as missing.

Which version of VA are you using? Newer versions of VA display the "no data" condition differently, see image below:
