We have a number of dashboards that contain sensitive data. In each separate piece of data we have a Usercode variable which is the same the user uses to log in with.

Is there a way to automatically filter the data based on their login matching the Usercode variable?

Many thanks in advance!

Don't know, but if the secrecy of your data is important, permissions should be enforced on the data level, not in individual reports.

Thanks for this, so is there no way to do it at the report level? It appears I don't have access to Manage Environment in SAS VA

Prefiltering the data based on user ID is done at the data source level. You cannot do that in the report. If you don't have admin access to Manage Environment, then an administrator would need to apply the filter for you.

Thanks all, I'll get in touch with the admins and go from there. If anyone from SAS monitors this it would be a good feature if a user could put the filter on at the data source level when you add it to a report.
