SAS VA - e-mailing to offices

Hello,

The situation:

I have a report showing information for about 500 offices. Their rurnover is calculated daily and they need to cover % increase each month compared to the same month last year(parallel period).

My question:

Is it possible to send mails to those office which haven't reach their % of turnover increase ?

Send Email Only When Data Exists.
