Hi Forum,

I've seen docs on how to use the Word Cloud for version 7.1 & I have loaded the ENGSTOP file to the server but the checkbox for 'Use Stop List' is Greyed Out.

Is there some rule(s) about when it's available to use?

Thanks

Thanks TriciaAanderud,

I was just waiting for SAS Support to come back to me.

It seems the problem was a change I made when going to 'Tools' >> 'Load Text Analytics Stop List'.

I had changed the directory path when it should have stayed as shown in the SAS®Visual Analytics: Fast TrackCourse Notes.

I hope this might help someone one day who has accidenatlly or deliberately changed it.

Cheers
