Hi

 

I am getting below error while opening a report. Kindly provide a solution to fix this.

Log into SAS Management Console as an administrator. On the Folders tab, navigate to the location of the report. Right-click and select Properties. On the Content tab, does the report have a size as shown below (22 KB), or does it say 0 KB.

If it says 0 KB, then you can try restarting the middle tier servers. If the report still shows 0 bytes after a restart, you will have to restore the report from a backup.
