SAS VA - Printing failed - libjpeg.so.62: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Hello,

I am trying to print a report from SAS VA, but I get an error, when I check the error in the log it is the following:

VAT WARN [tomcat-http--28] 2021-04-19 08:11:28,944 [ST-225300-PLoCAfd9f1TcLWItX4ia-cas:lasradm] com.sas.onebi.transportservices.utils.ProcessLogger - /sas/sas94/SASVisualAnalyticsPrintingSupport/7.51/PrintSupport/exploded/BirdPrintDriver: error while loading shared libraries: libjpeg.so.62: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

what would happen?
