I would check the logs of SASLogon and SASReportViewer in the server and the browser logs in the mobile device.
I clicked on your report (just a click worked OK) with guest access and also in a desktop browser it takes long time, hence, perhaps some networking or performance tuning left there.
Anyway, for mobile devices it is recommended the usage of SAS Mobile BI app, then the links should open the link in the Mobile BI app and then in your server you will see the logs in the TransportServices.
