SAS VA 7.4 release

Has anyone encountered any problems in installing this or know how long the upgrade takes?

Our support contractor feels its straightforward (for them) and should be doable in a day alongside some other scheduled work.

I wouldnt even attempt it by myself though!

I had some questions, too. 

1. Can we upgrade from VA 7.3 to 7.4 while still on SAS 9.4 M3? Or a better questions is whether this is best practice. 

2. If we upgraded to SAS 9.4 from M3 to M4 would we get VA 7.4?

Hello @lbickelh,

7.4 is available only on M4, but not every M4 distribution contains 7.4. You need to ensure it is a depot from one of the latest week numbers. Your contracts manager will understand.
