SAS VA 7.2 Crosstab subtotal column divided by the total of another column

Hello, how can I take Appeal Count Subtotal (e.g. 500) / Notice Count Total (e.g. 703) = % (71.1%). 
Notice count & Appeal Count are Aggregated Measure due to Distinct Count.
