Have your server admin check if all services are up. If yes, have your network people check the connection.

Yes, All services are up and there is issue with network, Because same VA reports are working fine with SASVisualAnalyticsHub in web.

is it you or also other Mobile BI users who is getting the connection problem? How are you connecting to the server?
I agree with Kurt, I think it is a good idea to put your network guys and your SAS VA admin working together "in the same room" .

Hi,
Connection problem solved now, Connected through VPN and active with Pulse secure.
But now getting message while connecting " Insufficient information to fullfill the request".
What would be the possible cause ?
