Hello Everyone,

Thankfully, the HTTP 500 Error is now gone, apparently it was due to the Cache Locator. However, when I open the LASR tab in SAS Environment Manager. It shows the following error : Unable to retrieve Appliance type. So I can no longer access LASR Data (Memory is still full but the It can't show the LASR Server List).

Can anyone please guide me on how to solde this issue, I would really appreciate it.

Thank you

There could be multiple causes for this problem and it will no doubt require checking SAS server logs. I suggest you open a Tech Support track if you haven't already as they are in the best position to help.
