Reading DataSets for Visual Analytics

I have an in memory SAS dataset . I am trying to use that or SAS viya. It does not show up when I click the "Data" tab. It does exist in the session local caslib I created. I guess I am not sure if it needs to be promoted, if yes what is the syntax for that
