Printing and distribution might fail in SAS Visual Analytics 7.4 on Windows

If you have recently upgraded to 7.4 on Windows, you might find that printing and/or distribution is failing. This SAS note explains the issue:

The Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable Packages are required to be on the midtier. After you install the packages, PDF creation should succeed immediately. No server restart is required.
