In SAS VA 7.3M3, after saving the report and trying to print to PDF with admin profile we getting the below error. Could you please help me out in this.
HTTP Status 500 - Error executing print request - jobId=ajdfurfv-xy36-4111-b3cf-pdf0g2662e98 (Reason : Operation Failed)

Hello all,
I found the answer and the solution to the problem. SAS Visual Analytics 7.4 has a new pre-requisite to install Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable Packages, which can be installed and no restart of services are required. This is documented in this Problem Note: http://support.sas.com/kb/60/424.html

if possible, I would like to reopen this topic. I am having similar simlar problems on a SAS VA 7.4 (upgraded from 7.3) server and another brand new SAS VA 7.4 server, both windows (therefore those problem notes do not apply) . And on any report, for any user, including administrators and any web browser.
Is there any additional insight for this question? Thank you very much in advance,
Just in case it helps: the error in the logs are as in this post, not very detailed. And sometimes they come with another strange exit code, which I cannot find on support.sas.com or google.
