Hi All,

I like to open an external link and report link  in a new tabpage.

Is tha possible?

I tried this (which is only possible for external link), but it gives me an error:

<a target="_blank" href="http://www.sas.com">Link</a> =>

HTTP Status 404 - /SASVisualAnalyticsDesigner/%3Ca%20target=%22_blank%22%20href=%22http://www.sas.com%22%3ELink%3C/a%3E

Thanks in advance!

Best Regards,

Patrick Posthuma

Hi,

You shouldn't specify that in the tag as it is passed to the URL as you noted.

The easiest is to press CTRL key when hitting the link or to change your browser settings to open links in new tab.

I hope this helps.

Have a good day

Hi XavierB,

Unfortunately is that not the solution I was looking for.

CTRL key does not work and is not a good solution.

I also don't want to change the browser settings for all users.

Preferred solution: Add an "open link in new tabpage"  option in the SAS Link Setup window...

If anybody knows another workaround please let me know.

Best Regards, Patrick Posthuma
