Only English shown inside language list in Text Topics Visual Analytics

Hello everyone, I'd like to ask a question.

My office just upgrade to SAS Viya 4, and we would like to use Text Topics in Visual Analytics. We have used it before in the 3.5, and there's Indonesian language to be chosen inside Language dropdown. But now, it's only showing English inside.

Is this error happen in installation? Or is there anyway to show other languages from Environment Manager or somewhere else?

I've checked in SAS Studio whether our SAS has licenses for Indonesian, and sure we have.

Log into Environment Manager as an admin, go to Licensed Products, filter for text. On the right, look for SAS Text Analytics for Indonesian. Is it showing a green check mark under Status?
