Losing Hierarchy Structure When Viewing the Report

Hello everyone,

I am having a problem with using hierarchy in a report. in the Report Designer (the first picture with a yellow highlight), the hierarchy appears and it is possible to click on one item and go down with the hierarchy, however, in the Report Viewer (the second picture)  the items appear like normal items (without the line under the word to be as a link), no filtration has been applied.

Does anyone have any idea what is going on?

Are you using a custom graph or the built-in bar chart? 

What version of Visual Analytics are you using, and are you using the modern version of Visual Analytics Viewer or the classic version?
