When I created sample report in MS office Powerpoint, It gave me the layout when placing a new object indicating its position with respect to other objects in the report. But when I am creating a report in SAS VA, there are no indicators regarding respective positions of objects, It is very hard to align based on human eye precision.

Or Is there is any option I am missing out?

If you asking about position of Object on Report canvas then you can set the position of each object by using Size and position option under properties of object ( right side of Canvas ). You can set value for Left, Right, Depth, and Width & Height.
