Hello All,

The LASR server has staus = stopped.I have tried to restarted but is not responding.

The last status log has the following context:

SUCCESS (SASJob PreCode)

SUCCESS (Store Process ID)

SUCCESS (Start Server)

SUCCESS (Wait For Server)

SUCCESS (Remove Process ID)

......................

and the last

sentence is :

No reload-on-start tables were identified for server LASR Analytic Server - sas-web.

Do you have any idea how to resolve it?

Thank you in advance

Hello All,

the solution was about a pre-assigned library check on the SqlLibVA.

Hi,

1- are you starting the LASR with the user that is intended to start the LASR server?

2- "No reload-on-start tables were identified for server LASR Analytic Server - sas-web" is not necesarilly a wrong or error message.

3- ANy extra information (like what you expect, how it was before this problem etc) it would help to understand your problem

Thank you in advance,

best regards,

Juan

Hi,

1.Yes.The user has the right to start LASR Server.

2.ok.But the issue is that no log exists on server that provides  extra info for LASR Server status stopped.

3.The LASR server had status running and we had the option to load data either from ODBC Connections or import files.

At your disposal,

Julie

Hi,

I am sure there is something else, and it appears in the log files. Your SAS Admins/system admins can help you with this.

Either way: have you already rebooted the server itself?

Best regards,

Juan

Hi,

The Admin/system file has a cleared log.And SAS technician has requested to reboot the server. The reboot was done successfully but the LASR status remains the same.

Do you have any idea what logs should I check?

thank you in advance,

Julie
