Is it possible to open a welcome card after you press dismiss in SAS Mobile BI?

There were instructions on how to open a report from an email link that I have not been able to find anywhere else.

Hi BLE, in advanced settings, there is a Restore default settings toggle button that can bring back the welcome message by restoring the app to default settings. However, it will remove your report and server settings as well. If you are looking for the help text, you can click ? and navigate to More about the App>More about SAS(R) Mobile BI and Your Portfolio.
