Info Window in SAS VA

I want to achieve something similar to info window. 

Using VA 8.3, I am not able to find the info window option. It is available in VA 7.2

 

Is there an alternative in 8.3 or how can i achieve it?

Click the three vertical dots on the tab and select Hide Page.
