Importing facebook data in VA

Hi, I am getting following error while trying to fetch facebook data from importing it in SAS va. See the attached image for your reference.

the middle tier will requires a proxy server to access the Internet. if this is not configured, you can get this error. 

Contact your admin to so that JVM options can be specified in your environment
