I am facing Problem sending report

When i sending Mail of Sas visual Analytic report then it gives following error Please help me so i can show report

The requested object was found. No application is available to open the object. Contact your system administrator for more information.

Is it alert based email or Distrbution...

When we send mail then link of report is in that mail when we click on link then it showing Object not found.

I check on server now Object spawner,Metadeta server services stop working. and it also not restarting.
