How to show Link in info window ?

Hello everyone,

I, have a particular report Tab with list table. Under the list table I have some links for example:- By week, By month, By day. If we click on a particular link. It open window with a bar graph. 

Requirement:- What I need is the links which are under the list Tab. I want these links to be under the info window also.

How do you create the links?
