A lot of people here are not going to open a ZIP file from an unknown source for security reasons or organizational policy.

If you are attempting to share some sort of image then use the camera icon from above the message window to post the image file.

Although you can add an HTML-formatted footer to a PDF, I do not see any way to include dynamic text.
